Important Information: The participation fee is 100 CAD. Cancellations may be made up until 31 May 2026 at 23:59 (Montréal time), upon presentation of an official visa refusal letter. The refund of the balance shall be processed within a maximum of 90 days.
N.B.: The participation fees paid allow participants who have not obtained a Canadian visa, and who wish to do so, to take part in the event online.

  • Discovery Packages: from 2 to 10 June 2026
  • Modifications may be made up until 30 April 2026 at 23:59 (Montréal time).
  • Any cancellation made after this date shall incur a 40% retention of the amount paid.
  • Refund of the balance within 90 days
  • All amounts shown are before tax. GST/QST taxes at a combined rate of 14.99% as well as currency exchange fees from your financial institution may apply to payments made.
