Important information The participation fees are 100 CAD. Cancellations are possible until May 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Montreal time), upon presentation of an official visa refusal letter. The refund of the balance will occur within a maximum of 90 days.
NB: The participation fees paid allow participants who have not obtained a Canadian visa, and who wish to do so, to take part in the event online.

  • Forum Packages: from 4th to 8th June 2026
  • Discovery Packages: from 2nd to 10th June 2026
  • Changes can be made until April 30, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Montreal time).
  • Any cancellations made after this date will incur a 40% retention of the amount paid.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded within a maximum of 90 days.
  • All amounts shown are before taxes. GST/QST taxes at the combined rate of 14.99% as well as exchange fees from your financial institution may apply to payments made.
